For individuals

I know why I do it.

But knowing hasn't stopped it returning.

Something keeps returning.

Inga Zollinger seated in lamplight, looking down in thought

A pattern in your life that shows up again despite everything you’ve already achieved.

You may understand it intellectually. You may have worked on it before. You may even know where you think it comes from.

And yet, it returns.

You’ve looked at the surface.
The surface isn’t where the answer lives.

I work with what keeps returning — following the pattern beneath the explanation, the body beneath the words, and the question beneath the question.

I’ve spent my life learning to read what’s beneath the surface.

I trained as a linguist and worked for years as a legal interpreter, where meaning is never simply what’s said.

Early in my career, mentorship from someone whose work required reading signals others missed shaped a discipline I’ve carried ever since — noticing a possibility, tension or risk before it becomes obvious.

I later trained as a Yin yoga and trauma-informed body therapist and studied embodied philosophy — work that taught me to pay attention not only to language, but to what the body communicates when words reach their limit.

Language.

Signal.

Body.

Different ways of paying attention to what’s true beneath what’s said.

The thread

That thread led me into depth psychological work.

I’m a certified RTT therapist and clinical hypnotherapist, licensed in brain health, shaped by years of embodiment practice.

I also write psychological fiction, built around the same fascination: that people carry hidden threads through their lives, often without realizing how much those threads shape what happens next.

I don’t offer vague transformation.

I work with what keeps returning — following the pattern beneath the explanation, the body beneath the words, and the question beneath the question.

Because the self you’re looking for isn’t gone.
It’s hidden. And it can be found.

How the work moves.

  1. 01Discovery Call

A short conversation before anything begins.

Not an interview — a first exploration.

I listen for where the pattern may live beneath what you’re describing and whether the way I work is right for what you’re looking for.

  2. 02The First Session

A guided process that goes beneath the analytical explanation and explores where the pattern may have been laid down — in the mind, in experience and in the body.

This isn’t simply a conversation about the problem.

It’s an exploration of the pattern beneath it.

You remain the one who decides what feels true, what matters and what you’re ready to work with.

    I guide.
    You lead.

  3. 03The Reveal

Following the first session, I create a personal visual reflection — shaped by what surfaced in our work and by my own artistic response to it.

    Not a diagnosis.
    Not a prediction.
    A reflection.

A way of making visible something that may previously have been difficult to name — a pattern, a tension, a part of yourself that has been present but hidden from view.

The Reveal isn’t intended to explain you. It’s something to encounter, question and return to as the work continues.

  4. 04Ongoing Work

The first session opens the door.

    It rarely closes it.

    Real change unfolds over time.

Together we build the right container, matched to the depth of what’s being uncovered, at a pace we set together.

  5. 05The Collection · optional

    I’m also an exhibiting artist.

My paintings are never made to order — they arrive on their own, each one its own trace of something found.

Occasionally, an existing piece may resonate strongly with something a client has encountered in their own process. When that happens, it can become an anchor for what surfaced.

It is never a default part of the therapeutic work.

Depth determines the container.

Foundations

3 months

For a defined, single pattern — a specific block, repeating dynamic or stuck point you can already name.

Unfolding

6 months

For layered work — where professional identity, early conditioning, relationships, body and self-perception may be intertwined.

Deep Unfolding

12 months

For deeper identity-level work where the aim is not simply to address one pattern but to understand and reshape what sits underneath several of them.

Structured as a retainer, reviewed and renewed rather than treated as a rigid predefined programme.

All packages open with a first deep session and include your Reveal.

Investment is discussed following your Discovery Call and scoped to the depth and nature of the work.
